admission and work

My name is olawe abiodun samuel from Nigeria, it's my pleasure to write you.May our lord Jesus christ bless everyone of us.i' m 18 years of age boy.i passed out from my secondary school level in the year 2006,i tried various ways of getting admission into any of Nigeria university,but yet no admission if offered.But before i passed out, what was in my mind is studying abroad during my university level.i want you to please pray for me so that i can get my dreams, because the whole of the thing is getting crashed to me.I see you and God as my only family please help me .I need serious prayer.And also, i need a job if you can assist me in getting any kind of casual work,or normal work over there, i will be very happy, because my parents are not rich, they can' t afford to sponsor me anymore...Please, never think that i' m making a kind of trick, this is not trick,this is what is happening to me, which i hope that God can solve it for me through anybody.

Gas Explosion in texas

Ben Norris, Elder at the Mckinney Church of Christ in Mckinney Texas informed me of a gas explosion behind the church as construction workers accidentally hit a gas line. Three houses exploded with people escaping death in a miraculous way. One of the houses was his niece and family. His niece has 3rd degree burns to her left side of her body including her face. She's in ICU at this time. In the other houses, a few more people have similar burns. The fire department stated that based on the explosion, these people are fortunate to be alive. I thank you God for your grace for these people and the community. Lets keep the Mckinney Church of Christ and the entire community in prayer for God's healing for all who are affected and touched by this great trial.

Outreach

Also that the church of Christ can provide a ministry to purchase apartment buildings to house families that are homeless or single mother comming out of prison to live in church property to be taught the word and life skills along with a 24 hour a day kitchen that never closes. Safety
Submitted by: Phil Ault | My son, Alex Ault, is in the Marine Reserves based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Today they left for a 7 to 10 month deployment in Iraq. Alex is a sophomore at Harding and I think there are about 10 or 11 others from Harding in the Little Rock unit. Their task is not easy and they will be in harms way.
